Paul tiene más de veinte años de experiencia en el sector minero en roles de relaciones con inversionistas, comunicaciones, investigación y reportaje de noticias. Paul tiene 13 años de experiencia en el sector del oro en Colombia, incluidos roles de relaciones con inversionistas en Continental Gold, Gran Colombia Gold y Mineros. Paul fundó el exitoso Colombia Gold Symposium en 2016 y ha escrito para la publicación líder en la industria Mining Journal desde 2015. Anteriormente, Paul pasó cinco años en Chile informando y analizando el sector del cobre para CRU y Metal Bulletin. Paul recibió una licenciatura en Administración de Empresas de la Universidad del Oeste de Inglaterra, Reino Unido, y una maestría en Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad de Chile, Santiago, Chile. Habla inglés y español con fluidez. Paul fundó CGS Events en 2016, que tiene eventos anuales en Colombia (noviembre), Ecuador (junio) y a partir de 2024, México (febrero).

Paul received a BA in Business Administration from the University of the West of England, UK, and a MA in International Relations from the University of Chile, Santiago, Chile.
